RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL,
CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE REDEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE ANY
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO GRANT AN EASEMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need to relocate the fire suppression standpipe
system and fire hydrant for safety and convenience of operation; and
WHEREAS, the proposed location is within the City Hall land parcel;
and
WHEREAS, the San Jose Water Company requires an easement for work out
side of the public right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby designates the Redevelopment Director to execute any
documents to grant the easement to San Jose Water Company.
