CC Resolution 8364 RESOLUTION NO. 8364 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL FIXING THE TAX RATE AND THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE NECESSARY FOR PAYMENT OF BONDED INDEBTEDNESS FOR 1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell, California has found and determined the City of Campbell will reasonably require the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($256,850) as the amount of revenue necessary for payment of General Obligation Bond Principal and interest maturities for the fiscal year 1992-1993. WHEREAS, the sum of Two Billion, Two Hundred Fifty-Five Million, Two Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars ($2,255,236,337) has been estimated by the Auditor of the County of Santa Clara as the value of secured and unsecured property within the City of Campbell for tax code Rate A as ascertained from the assessment books of the County for the year; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the tax rate to be levied for Fiscal Year 1992-1993 be $0.0000 per One Hundred Dollars ($100) of full cash valuations for tax rate known as "Tax Rate A" for payment of principal and interest authorized pursuant to Section 43632 to 43634 inclusive of Chapter 4, Division 4, Title 4 of the Government Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk immediately transmit to the County Auditor a statement of the tax rate so fixed.
