BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1992-93
FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR REMOVAL OF FUEL TANKS AT FIRE
STATION 2
WHEREAS, funds were expended on an emergency basis for removal of
fuel tanks at Fire station 2, and
WHEREAS, there

authorized in the 1992-93 fiscal year
WHEREAS, funds are available from Contingency Reserves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City council authorize
transfer of Contingency Reserve funds in the amount of $16,067.60
to Account No. 750.4430 for Fuel Tank Removal and Soil
Contamination Cleanup at Fire station 2.
