CC Resolution 8358 RESOLUTION NO. 8358 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1992-93 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR REMOVAL OF FUEL TANKS AT FIRE STATION 2 WHEREAS, funds were expended on an emergency basis for removal of fuel tanks at Fire station 2, and WHEREAS, there for funds not budget, and has been originally presented to the city council a request authorized in the 1992-93 fiscal year WHEREAS, funds are available from Contingency Reserves; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City council authorize transfer of Contingency Reserve funds in the amount of $16,067.60 to Account No. 750.4430 for Fuel Tank Removal and Soil Contamination Cleanup at Fire station 2.
