RESOLUTION NO.
8357
BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC
FACILITIES LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1992, the city Council of the City of Campbell
adopted Resolution No. 8312 approving plans and specifications for
the Public Facilities Landscape Maintenance Program, and;
WHEREAS, on June 29, 1992, bids were opened and John P. Gachina
Landscape Management was the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council award the
contract to, and authorize execution of an agreement with John P.
Gachina Landscape Management for the Public Facilities Landscape
Maintenance Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July 1992,
