BEING A RESOIIJI'ION AWARDING A CONI'RAcr FOR
JANI'IORIAL SERVICES 'ill CITY BUIIDINGS
WHE:RFAS, the city Council of the City of Canpbell has publicly
examined am declared all sealed proposals or bids for the work to be done
am ilnprovements to be made, in accordance with those specifications on
jUNE 10, 1992, to which specific reference is hereby made for a
description of the work am ilnprovements to be done;
NOO, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Can'pbell as follows:
1. '!hat said Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids
except as hereinafter mentioned, arrl hereby awards the contract
for doing the work am ilnprovements am furnishing the materials,
supplies am equipment necesscu:y to the lowest responsible
bidder, to-wit:
ASSOCIATID IIJIIDING SERVICES, INC.
2. '!hat the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make am
enter into a written agreement with the said successful bidder,
am the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest her
signature am affix thereto the appropriate seal of said City.
