RESOLUTION NO. 8344
BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
ANNUAL CONTRACT REPAIR PROJECT 02-01
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1992, the City Council of the City of
Campbell adopted Resolution No. 8282 approving plans and
specifications for Annual Concrete Repair Project 02-01, and;
WHEREAS, on June 18, 1992, bids were opened and B & B Concrete
Construction Co., Inc., was the lowest responsible bidder:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the
authorizes the execution of an agreement with B & B Concrete
Construction Co., Inc., for the Annual Concrete Repair Project
02-01.
