RESOLUTION NO.
8337
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH OUTREACH &
ESCORT, INC., FOR PARATRANSIT SERVICES FOR MOBILITY LIMITED
RESIDENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992/93.
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for
coordinated paratransit services for the citizens of Campbell;
and
WHEREAS, Outreach & Escort, Inc. has been designated as a
Consolidated Transportation Services Agency by the Metropolitan
Transportation Commission for the Cities of Campbell, Cupertino,
Santa Clara, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, San Jose, San Martin and
Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, Outreach & Escort, Inc. expects to receive
Transportation Development Act Funds to administer and provide
paratransit services to Campbell, and if such funds should not
be granted, the agreement is null and void;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized
to execute an agreement with Outreach & Escort, Inc., for
paratransit services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1992, by the
following roll call vote:
