RESOLUTION NO. 8331
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO
THE 1991-1992 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a
request for funds not originally authorized in the 1991-92
fiscal year budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from Gas Tax Reserves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorize
transfer of Gas Tax Reserve funds in the amount of $335,000.00
to Account No. 23.765.0203.4432 for Arterial Street Maintenance.
