RESOLUTION NO. 8330
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH INFORMAL
CONTRACTING TO CONSTRUCT PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
THE CENTRAL AVENUE TRAFFIC MITIGATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed staff to proceed with the
design of permanent improvements for the Central Avenue Traffic
Mitigation Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has completed plans and specifications
and has determined that there is support from the large majority of
the neighborhood residents to install permanent improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the city Engineer is hereby authorized to proceed
with informal contracting to construct permanent improvements for
the Central Avenue Traffic Mitigation Program.
