BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROV AL OF A TENT A TIVE PARCEL MAP TO
ALLOW THE CREATION OF TWO LOTS, ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 346 NORTH CENTRAL A VENUE, IN A R-
M-S (MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING
DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MR. CHAN- YONG P AK,
PLANNING FILE NO. PM 92-01.
After public notification, as specified by law, for the application of Mr. Chan-
Yong Pak, for approval of a Tentative Parcel Map to allow the creation of two
lots, on property located at 346 North Central Avenue, Assessor's Parcel
Number 279-34-018, in a R-M-S (Multi-Family) Zoning District, as per the
application filed in the Planning Department on January 7, 1992; and
Resolution No. 2801 adopted by the Planning Commission on May 12, 1992,
with regard to File No. PM 92-01:
