RESOLUTION NO. 8311
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO
THE 1991-92 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented
request for funds not originally
fiscal year budget; and
to the City Council a
authorized in the 1991-92
WHEREAS, funds are available from contingency Reserves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council authorize
transfer of Contigency Reserve funds in the amount of
$27,236.00 to Account No. 750.4430 for Fuel Tank Removal and
Soil contamination Cleanup at Fire station 2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June , 1992,
by the following vote:
