RESOLUTION NO.
8309
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN
ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1991-1992 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE
SHARMON PALMS PAVING PROJECT, PHASE 2.
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Campbell has adopted
the budget for 1991-1992 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has determined
that additional funds are necessary for the completion of the
Sharmon Palms Paving Project, Phase 2, abating a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, such funds will be repaid to the General Fund through a
property tax assessment and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk authorize an
additional $20,000.00 from Account #3381, nuisance abatement fee
to Account #4427, miscellaneous expense abatements, for the
Sharmon Palms Paving Project, Phase 2.
