RESOLUTION NO. 8300
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEY FOR PROCESSING OF
ASSESSMENTS FOR CAMPBELL LIGHTING DISTRICT LLA-1
FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993
BE IT RESOLVED,
Campbell, California, that
by the City Council of the City of
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake
proceedings for the levy and collection of assessments upon the
several lots or parcels of land in the City of Campbell Lighting
District LLA-1 pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of
1972 for the construction or installation of improvements,
including the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof for the
Fiscal Year 1992-1993; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will
be served by appointing and employing an attorney for the
preparation and conduct of said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That City Attorney William R. Seligmann be, and is
hereby, appointed and employed to do and perform all legal
services required in the conduct of said proceedings, and that
his compensation be, and is hereby, fixed at not to exceed
$385.00 to be billed on an hourly basis as set forth in his
employment agreement with the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Campbell, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 19th day of May , 1992, by
the following vote of the members thereof:
