RESOLUTION NO. 8295
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSORS
PARCEL NO. 412-07-007
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has offered to purchase
property which is a portion of Assessors Parcel No.
412-07-007, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, owner has accepted the city's offer and has
executed an "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property":
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council
approves said "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property" and
authorizes execution of same on behalf of City.

That parcel of land in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southeasterly corner of Lot 4 in Block 5 as shown on
the Map of Rucker's Addition in the Town of Campbell, recorded May 20, 1895 in
Book "F' of Maps at page 9, records of said county; thence, along the southerly
line of said Lot N. 89047'50" W., 5.00 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent
curve to which a radial line bears S. 48045'17" E.; thence, along a 580.00-
foot-radius curve concave to the northwest, through a central angle of 3004'52", an
arc distance of 31.19 feet to the southeasterly line of said Lot; thence, along said
line S. 31052'00" W., 28.27 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 56 square feet more or less.
