RESOLUTION NO. 8293
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSORS
PARCEL NO. 412-08-014
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has offered to purchase
property which is a portion of Assessors Parcel No.
412-08-014, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, owner has accepted the City's offer and has
executed an "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City council
approves said "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property" and
authorizes execution of same on behalf of City.

That parcel of land in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of Lot 1 in Block 4 as shown on the
Map of Rucker's Addition in the Town of Campbell, recorded May 20, 1895 in
Book "F' of Maps at page 9, records of said county; thence, along the
northwesterly line of said Lot N. 31052'00" E., 38.00 feet; thence, along the
northeasterly line of said Lot S. 58006'13" E. 27.51 feet to a point of cusp with a
20.00-foot-radius curve concave to the south; thence, along said curve through a
central angle of 90001'47", an arc distance of 31.43 feet; thence, S. 310 52'00" w.
17.99 feet to the southwesterly line of said Lot; thence, along said line
N. 58008'00" W. 7.50 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 371 square feet more or less.
