RESOLUTION NO. 8292
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSORS
PARCEL NO. 412-08-010
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has offered to purchase
property which is a portion of Assessors Parcel No.
412-08-010, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, owner has accepted the City'S offer and has
executed an "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
approves said "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property" and
authorizes execution of same on behalf of City.

That parcel of land in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of Lot 6 in Block 4 being a portion of
Parcel A as shown on that map recorded November 22, 1985 in Book 552 of
Maps, page 14, records of said county; thence, along the northwesterly line of Lot
6 and Lot 5 N. 31052'00" E., 76.00 feet; thence along the northeasterly line of said
Lot 5 S. 58008'00" E., 7.50 feet; thence, leaving said line S. 31052'00" W., 76.00 feet
to the southwesterly line of said Lot 6; thence, along said line N. 58008'00" W.,
7.50 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 570 square feet more or less.
