RESOLUTION NO. 8290
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSORS
PARCEL NO. 412-08-002 & 003
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has offered to purchase
property which is a portion of Assessors Parcel Nos.
412-08-002 & 003, more particularly described in the
attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, owner has accepted the City's offer and has
executed an "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
approves said "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property" and
authorizes execution of same on behalf of City.

That parcel of land in the city of Campbell, county of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of Lot 21 in Block 4
as shown on the Map of Rucker's Addition in the Town of
Campbell, recorded May 20, 1895 in Book "F" of Maps at page
9, records of said county; thence, along the northwesterly
line of said Lot N. 31052'00" E., 107.71 feet; thence,
along the northeasterly line of said Lot S. 58008'00" E.
7.50 feet; thence, leaving said line S. 31052'00" W.
43.59 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence along a
629.00-foot-radius curve concave to the northwest, through
a central angle of 5035'45", an arc distance of 61.43
feet to the southwesterly line of said Lot; thence, along
said line N. 89050'22" W. 5.29 feet to the point of
beginning.
Containing an area of 732 square feet more or less.
