RESOLUTION NO.
8289
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSORS
PARCEL NO. 412-08-001
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has offered to purchase
property which is a portion of Assessors Parcel No.
412-08-001, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, owner has accepted the City's offer and has
executed an "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
approves said "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property" and
authorizes execution of same on behalf of City.

EXHIBIT A
That parcel of land in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the southerly line of that parcel of land
described in the Grant Deed to the City of Campbell, a Municipal Corporation
Recorded March 28, 1966 in Book 7326 of Official Records, Page 469, with the
southeast line of Railway Avenue; thence, along said southeast line of Railway
Avenue N. 39<'13'37" E., (Record N. 39<'13'23" E.) 140.90 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing N. 39<'13'37" E., 72.90 feet;
thence, S. 89<'50'35" E., 8.61 feet; thence, N. 31049'16" E., 47.01 feet to the
westerly prolongation of the southeasterly line of Lot 21 in Block 4 as shown on
the Map of Rucker's Addition in the Town of Campbell, recorded May 20, 1895 in
Book "F' of Maps at page 9, records of said county; thence, along said westerly
prolongation S. 89053'06" E., 5.88 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 21;
thence, along said southerly line of Lot 21 S. 89<'53'06" E., 5.29 feet to the
beginning of a non-tangent curve having a radial bearing of S. 52034'59" E.;
thence, leaving said line along a 629.00-foot-radius curve concave to the northwest,
through a central angle of 10033'37", an arc distance of 115.93 feet to the
beginning of a reverse curve having a radial bearing of N. 42001'22" W.; thence,
along a 571-foot-radius curve concave to the southeast, through a central angle of
1039'56", an arc distance of 16.60 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 670 square feet more or less.
