CC Resolution 8289 . RESOLUTION NO. 8289 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSORS PARCEL NO. 412-08-001 WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has offered to purchase property which is a portion of Assessors Parcel No. 412-08-001, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, owner has accepted the City's offer and has executed an "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves said "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property" and authorizes execution of same on behalf of City.
