RESOLUTION NO. 8288
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY ASSESSORS
PARCEL NO. 412-03-003
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has offered to purchase
property which is a portion of Assessors Parcel No.
412-03-003, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, owner has accepted the City's offer and has
executed an "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
approves said "Agreement for Purchase of Real Property" and
authorizes execution of same on behalf of City.

That parcel of land in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly line of the Southern Pacific
Railroad and the southerly line of Kennedy Avenue; thence, along said southerly
line of Kennedy Avenue S. 8go56'1O" E., 40.80 feet to the beginning of a non-
tangent curve having a radial bearing of S. 23029'32" E.; thence, along a
120.00-foot-radius curve concave to the north, through a central angle of
23005'40", an arc distance of 48.37 feet to said easterly line of said Southern
Pacific Railroad; thence, along said line N. 31050'00" E., 11.76 feet to the point of
beginning.
