RESOLUTION NO. 11391
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR AMERICANS
WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) TRANSITION PLAN UPDATE
WHEREAS, last April 2011, the City Council appropriated Association of Bay
Area Governments Pooled Liability Assurance Network (ABAG PLAN) grant
funds; and
WHEREAS, a Purchase Order is still needed to encumber the funds for purposes
of contracting for professional services in connection with City's ADA Transition
Plan Update.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, that the attached budget adjustment form is hereby approved,
appropriating the necessary expenditures and recognizing the source of funding
from grant revenues.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 st of May, 2012 by the following roll call vote:
