RESOLUTION NO. 11393
A RESOLUTION OF THE CAMPBELL CITY COUNCIL
TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE
BEGIN PROGRAM FOR MARAVILLA TOWNHOMES.
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell did apply for BEGIN funds and was successful in securing
funds for 24 first time homebuyer town homes; and
WHEREAS, the City will be drawing down BEGIN funds for 24 mortgages; and
WHEREAS, the State requires that the City Manager be authorized to sign on behalf of the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Campbell City Council does hereby authorize
Amy L. Brown, City Manager to execute any and all documents necessary and required for the
BEGIN Program.
