RESOLUTION NO. 8281
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
NUISANCE ABATEMENT - SHARMON PALMS ALLEYWAYS PHASE 2.
WHEREAS, the owners have received notices to attend an
informational meeting on April 13, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the lack
other owners and
their property; and
of maintenance of these alleyways deprives
adjacent properties of enjoyment and use of
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk have set the time,
date and place for a public hearing on this nuisance notice as
Tuesday, May 19, 1992 at 7:30 pm in the City Hall Council
Chambers at 70 N. First st. Campbell, CA.
