RESOLUTION NO. 8273
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED
SERVICE FEE AGREEMENT WITH GREENFIELD-THOMPSON ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the firm of Greenfield-Thompson Associates has been the City's
third-party administrative firm for workers' compensation since January 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Greenfield-Thompson Associates current agreement expires June 30, 1992,
and an amended Service Fee Agreement for the period July 1, 1992 through June 30,
1993 has been submitted; and
WHEREAS, the services provided by this firm have been excellent and staff wishes
to continue utilizing this third-party adminstrator;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby authorize the
Interim City Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
