BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, DILLON-GILMAN LID #30
PROJECT 90-35
WHEREAS, on March 3, 1992, the City Council of the City
of Campbell adopted Resolution 8254 approving plans and
specifications for construction of improvements, Dillon-
Gilman LID #30; and
.
WHEREAS, on April 1, 1992, bids were opened and
Wattis construction Co., Inc.
was the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
authorizing the execution of an agreement
Wattis Construction Co., Inc.
for the construction of the improvements,
LID #30 in the amount of $973,762.25.
