RESOLUTION NO. 8270
A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
CITY OF CAMPBELL
Dillon-Gilman Local Imurovement District No. 30
RESOL VED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Campbell (the "City"),
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1991, this City adopted Resolution No. 8186, A Resolution
of Intention to Make Acquisitions and Improvements;
WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing protests in relation to said proposed
acquisitions and improvements was duly given and all written protests and other written
communications were publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring to be heard were fully
heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That protests against said acquisitions and improvements, and/or matters related
thereto, were not signed and duly filed by the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands
within the assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the assessment district assessed for
the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements.
2. That said protests, and each of them, are overruled.

The foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Campbell held on the 7th day of AprH , 1992, was passed and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Kotowski, Conant, Ashworth, Watson, Burr

ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
