RESOLUTION NO. 8260
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAMPBELL FIRE DEPARTMENT
AND THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN HEART
ASSOCIATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY
CARDIAC CARE TRAINING CENTER
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Chapter of the American Heart Association
has submitted a letter of agreement between themselves and the City of Campbell
Fire Department to establish an emergency cardiac care training center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Mayor be and
he is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
