RESOLUTION NO.
8258
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
WEST VALLEY SANITATION DISTRICT REGARDING
MANAGEMENT OF STORM WATER PROGRAM
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted to the City Council for
management of a Storm Water Program by West Valley Sanitation
District and;
WHEREAS, the agreement provides for services to be provided by
West Valley Sanitation District and collection of fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Mayor be, and is hereby, authorized to execute the agreement on
behalf of said city.
