BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ALAN AND MARSHA MEGENTIY
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT 980 CAMDEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, On January 22, 1991, the Planning Commission
of the City of Campbell granted conditional approval S90-10
for construction of an automotive repair facility at 980
Camden;
WHEREAS, a condition of
requirement for the installation
adjacent to 980 Camden Avenue;
that

approval is the
public improvements
BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of
Campbell, California as follows:
1. The Mayor is authorized to execute an agreement
with Alan and Marsha Megenity to install public
improvements at 980 Camden Avenue.
