BEING A RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY
OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT ON LOT 36 OF TRACT NO.1314
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, pursuant to the
provisions of The Public Streets, Highways, and Service
Easements Vacation Law, did heretofore, on the 21st day of
January, 1992 pass upon and adopt its Resolution of
Intention to vacate a certain portion of a Public Utility
Easement, being Resolution No. 8227; and
WHEREAS, the hour of 7:30 p.m. of this 18th day of
February, 1992 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 70
North First Street, Campbell, California are the time and
place set for hearing all persons interested in or having
objections to said proposed vacation: and
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of said City of
Campbell finds and determines from the evidence submitted
that the portion of the Public Utility Easement,
hereinafter described be, and it is hereby, vacated,
abandoned and closed to public uses and that the portion so
vacated is described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February ,1992 by the
following vote:

shown on that certain map of Brookside Manor, Tract No. 1314 a copy
of which map was filed on January 25, 1955 in the office of the
Recorder of the County of santa Clara in Book 54 of Map:; at pages 22
and 23, said point bearing South 54008' 30" Fast a distance of 5.06
feet from the JOOSt northerly corner of said lDt 36;
'!hence South 54008'30" Fast, along said northeasterly line of Lot 36
a distance of 15.39 feet to a point of intersection of said
northeasterly line of lDt 36 with the southerly line of a Public
utility Easement;
