CC Resolution 8244 .. RESOLUTION NO. 8244 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1991-92 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for an adjustment to the 1991-92 Fiscal Year Budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorize utilization of $267,500 of COP proceeds instead of CIP Reserve for projects listed on Exhibit A, $75,000 of COP proceeds for the Theater Feasibility Study instead of Communty Center Fund revenues, and $22,000 of COP proceeds for the Community Center Frontage Irrigation project instead of General Fund revenues. An adjustment to the 1991-92 Budget and Capital Improvement Program is recommended to change the funding source for these projects from CIPR to COP Proceeds.
