RESOLUTION NO. 8244
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1991-92 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for an
adjustment to the 1991-92 Fiscal Year Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorize
utilization of $267,500 of COP proceeds instead of CIP Reserve for projects listed on
Exhibit A, $75,000 of COP proceeds for the Theater Feasibility Study instead of
Communty Center Fund revenues, and $22,000 of COP proceeds for the Community
Center Frontage Irrigation project instead of General Fund revenues.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1992, by the following roll
call vote:

The following CIPR funded projects are included in the 1991-92 Capital
Improvement Program. An adjustment to the 1991-92 Budget and Capital
Improvement Program is recommended to change the funding source for
these projects from CIPR to COP Proceeds.
