RESOLUTION NO. 8243
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AMENDING THE 1991-92 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET TO IMPLEMENT
CAPITAL BUDGET CHANGES RESULTING FROM THE
1991 CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an annual budget for
the operation of the City of Campbell for Fiscal Year 1991-92; and
WHEREAS, the DecemlJer 1991 sale of Certificates of Participation resulted in
$30,245,000; and
WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required to implement capital budget changes
resulting from the COPs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the budget be amended for Fiscal Year 1991-92 increasing expenditures by
$3,258,245.
