RESOLUTION NO.
8233
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH ANTHONY JANOVICH FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON WHITE OAKS ROAD
WHEREAS, Anthony Janovich has entered into an agreement
with the City of Campbell for the construction of street
improvements across the frontage of 1800 White Oaks Road; and
WHEREAS, City and Anthony Janovich desire to construct
street improvements across the frontage of 1806 White Oaks Road
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public
Works be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1992, by the
following vote:
