RESOLUTION NO. 8232
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WITH WHITMORE, JOHNSON AND BOLANOS
WHEREAS, the City has a need for specialized legal services; and
WHEREAS, the law firm of Whitmore, Kay and Stevens provided competent
specialized legal services for the City for many years; and
WHEREAS, the partners of that firm have reorganized and the firm the City
would continue to utilize is now Whitmore, Johnson and Bolanos; and
WHEREAS, the City and the firm of Whitmore, Johnson and Bolanos wish to
execute an agreement for professional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the City
Manager to execute said agreement.
