BEING A RESOLUl'ION OF INI'ENTION OF '!HE CITY COUNCIL OF
'lEt CITY OF CAMPBElL, axJNI'Y OF SANTA ClARA, STATE OF
CALIFURNIA 'ID VACATE A PORI'ION OF A RJBLIC UI'ILTIY
EASEMENT ON IDr 36 OF 'lRACI' NO. 1314
WHEREAS, a portion of a Public Utility Fasement, as originally
dedicated has become \mI1ecessaryi and
WHEREAS, the Public ~rks Director has recommended that said
portion be abandonedi
NCM, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
CampJell as follows:
1. It is the intention of the City Council of the City of
CampJell to vacate, that certain portion of a Public Utility Easement
described in Exhibit "A" attached.
2. Notice is hereby given that Tuesday, the 18th day of February,
1992, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber at
the City Hall, at 70 North First street, CaniPJell, California is
hereby set as the time and the place for hearing all persons
interested in or having objections to said proposed vacation.

Recorder of the County of Santa Clara in Book 54 of Maps at pages 22
and 23, said point bearing South 54008' 30" East a distance of 5.06
feet from the nost northerly CC>n1er of said IDt 36;
