RESOLUTION NO.
8222
BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS IN
PROJECT 90-41, 620 HACIENDA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City
Engineer that public improvements in Project 90-41, 620 Hacienda
Avenue have been completed in accordance with City standards;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
public improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted, and
that the City Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of
Completion of said improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1992, by the
following vote:
