BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA FOR THE RESURFACING OF PORTIONS OF
CURTNER AVENUE BETWEEN SOUTH BASCOM AVENUE AND MC GLINCEY LANE
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide Campbell
residents with well maintained streets; and,
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has included a portion of
Curtner Avenue within the City of Campbell as a part of their
project; and,
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a cooperative agreement to
outline the parameters and responsibilities of both the City and
County; and,
WHEREAS,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Campbell authorizes the Public Works Director to execute
a cooperative agreement with the County of Santa Clara for
resurfacing portions of Curtner Avenue between South Bascom
Avenue and McGlincey Lane.
