RESOLUTION NO. 8211
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH DANNY G. TOMOVIC
FOR USE OF A PORTION OF PARKING DISTRICT
NUMBER 1.
WHEREAS, Danny G. Tomovic, a proposed tenant of a building at 33
North Central, has submitted a request to the City Manager for a
license agreement to use of a portion of Parking District No.1; and
WHEREAS, the proposed use has been reviewed by City staff and
found to be consistent with the purposes of the Parking District and
the Downtown Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City and the public's interest will be protected
through the provisions of the license agreement to be drafted by the
City Attroney, including payment of an annual license fee; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has responsibility for the
operation and maintenance of the Parking District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Public Works Director be and he is hereby authorized to execute the
said License Agreement on behalf of the City.
