RESOLUTION NO. 8207
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE
TIME, DATE AND PLACE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF
UNREINFORCED MASONRY BUILDING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Campbell does
acknowledge the need to preserve the historic unreinforced
masonry structures in the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, existing economic conditions presently inhibit funds in
sufficient amounts for such structures; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk have set Tuesday,
January 7, 1992 at or about 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at
70 N. First Street, Campbell, California as the time, date and
place to hear any objections of any person conerning the
adoption of amendments to the unreinforced masonry building
ordinance.
