RESOLUTION NO.
8200
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE FIRE CHIEF TO EXECUTE AN INSTRUCTIONAL
SERVICE CONTRACT WITH MISSION COLLEGE
WHEREAS, a review of the instructional service contract with Mission
College has been conducted by the Fire Chief's office; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell, as one of eight fire department/districts
providing instructional services to the Santa Clara County Joint Training
Academy, is entering into a contract with Mission College; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the contract provides
College with the mechanism to reimburse the Fire Department for
expenditures for providing instruction.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize the Fire Chief to execute the contract.
