RESOLUTION NO.

BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE
TIME, DATE AND PLACE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF
THE STATE HISTORICAL BUILDING CODE.
WHEREAS, the
preserve the
limits; and
City Council of
historic buildings
the City of Campbell wishes to
and sites located in the city
WHEREAS, an established listing of such historic buildings and
sites now exists; and
WHEREAS, the State of California has a State Historical Code for
use on such Historic Buildings,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk have set Monday,
Dec. 9th, 1991 at or about 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers at 70
N. First st. Campbell, California as the time, date and place to
hear any objections of any person concerning the adoption of the
State Historical Building Code.
