RESOLUTION NO. 8184
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
DESIGNATING THE "SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS" AND THE "CAMPBELL
EXPRESS" AND THE AS NEWSPAPERS OF GENERAL CIRCULATION
FOR THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, the
Campbell to publish
circulation; and
State Government Code requires the City of
certain legal notices in a newspaper of general
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to improve its public
information program, and at the same time, reduce advertising costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the "San Jose Mercury
News" and the "Campbell Express" be designated as the newspapers of
general circulation for the City of Campbell.
