RESOLUTION NO. 8173
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SEND A LETTER TO
THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AGENCY
COMMENTING ON THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT OF THE
DRAFT T2010 PLAN
WHEREAS, the City staff have participated in the development
of the draft T2010 Plan for Santa Clara County; and
WHEREAS, all City staff comments and requests were
incorporated into the draft T2010 Plan; and
WHEREAS, City council has reviewed the Draft Environmental
Impact Report and concurs with the conclusions and supports
County adoption of the T2010 Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
authorizes the Mayor to send a letter to the Santa Clara
County Transportation Agency supporting adoption of the
T2010 Plan and commenting on the Draft Environmental Impact
Report.
