RESOLUTION NO. 8164
AUTHORIZATION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICE
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES AND ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ENGINEERING
FOR THE DILLON-GILMAN LID #30
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Campbell has been asked
for authorization to approve an agreement for consultant
services for engineering services and assessment district
engineering for the Dillon-Gilman LID #30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of Campbell that they hereby adopt and approve, and that the
Public Works Director is authorized and directed to sign an
agreement for consultant services with the firm of CH2M-Hill for
these services.
