RESOLUTION NO. 8162
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT BEING PREPARED FOR THE SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED
CENTRAL CAMPBELL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Community Redevelopment Law (Health
and Safety Code Section 33000 et li!ill.) and to direction by the City of
Campbell Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency"), staff and consultants are in
the process of preparing for distribution the Draft Environmental Impact
Report (the "Draft EIR") for the Second Amended and Restated Central
Campbell Redevelopment Plan (the "Amended Plan"); and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8082, adopted on March 19, 1991, the City
Council of the City of Campbell (the "City Council") designated the City
of Campbell as the Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality
Act for the preparation of environmental documents for the Amended Plan;
NOY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbe 11 hereby authorizes and directs staff to dis tribute, upon
completion, the Draft EIR to all affected taxing entities, the Planning
Commission of the City of Campbell, the Fiscal Review Committee, if one is
convened, and to various other interested persons and entities as required
by law.
