RESOLUTION NO. 8154
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING ADDITIONAL HOUSING REHABILITATION LOAN FUNDS FOR
1251 MUNRO AVENUE TO COVER UNANTICIPATED EXTRA HOME REPAIRS
WHEREAS, Es ther Garc ia was approved a maximum $25,000 housing
rehabilitation loan on January 25, 1990 to cover major home repairs; and
WHEREAS, additional home repairs have been identified which are
eligible under the loan program; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Garcia has no funds to finance the additional repairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby approve additional housing rehabilitation funds of
$3,705 for Mrs. Garcia for additional home repairs.
