RESOLUTION NO. 8153
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PROJECT 89-10,
CAMPBELL HISTORICAL MUSEUM PHASE I
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Redevelopment
Director that all improvements in proj ect 89 -10 have been completed in
accordance with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Director recommends acceptance of the
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that all improvements be, and the same are hereby, accepted, and
that the Redevelopment Director is hereby authorized to record a Notice of
Completion of said improvements.
