BEING A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND DATE
FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING TO ASSESS THE COSTS
FOR ABATEMENT OF SHARMON PALMS PAVING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell on June 18,
1991 authorized abatement of the alleyways of the Sharmon Palms
Complex; and
WHEREAS, certain owners of properties did not abate or contract
to abate the nuisance; and
WHEREAS, City funds have been expended to complete the
abatement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk have set Tuesday,
August 6, 1991, at 7:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 70
N. First Street, Campbell as the time and place to hear evidence
of the cost that is to be assessed to each parcel that was
abated by City officers.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16~' day of July 1991, by the
following vote:
