BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF A COMMUNICATIONS EOC VAN
WHEREAS, the City of Newark has available for sale a new
Communications EOC Van.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Campbell authorize the purchase of the Communications EOC Van
from the City of Newark and direct the Chief of Police to proceed
with the purchase of said vehicle.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July ~ 1991, by the
following roll call vote:
