BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL REVISING COMPENSATION OF CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, WILLIAM R. SELIGMANN has competently served the City
of Campbell as City Attorney since January 1, 1987, and
previously as Acting City Attorney since October 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to revise the compensation
of the City Attorney in recognition of the aforementioned
services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 7.A. of the Amended Agreement
for Services of City Attorney, the monthly retainer shall be
$2,637.00 per month, effective July 8, 1991;
SECTION 2: Pursuant to Section 7.B. of the Amended Agreement
for Services of City Attorney, the rate for attorney litigation
services shall be $96.00 per hour, effective July 8, 1991;
SECTION 3: Pursuant to Section 7.C. of the Amended Agreement
for Services of City Attorney, the rate for attorney services in
addition to those outlined in Sections 7.A. and 7.B. of the
Amended Agreement shall be $77.00 per hour, effective July 8,
1991;
SECTION 4: Pursuant to Section 7.D. of the Amended Agreement
for Services of City Attorney, the hourly rate for services
performed by a law clerk or paralegal shall be $38.00 per hour,
effective July 8, 1991.
