A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000
FOR THE DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE PROJECT
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1991, the City Council and Redevelopment
Agency Board approved the Downtown Streetscape Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, on July 2, 1991, the Redevelopment Agency Board
approved amendments to the consultant contracts due to the expansion of
the Downtown Streetscape Project scope of work; and
WHEREAS, Redevelopment funds are available in the 1991-92
Fiscal Year for sidewalk, curb, and gutter repair and replacement.
NOW, '~'HU2FimRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Campbell hereby approves the attached budget adjustment increasing
the Downtown Streetscape Project budget in the amount of $100,000 for
construction/repair of sidewalks, curbs and gutters.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1991, by the following
roll call vote:
